BSM2018×dōTERRA|Event Review
On December 9 2020, BSM2018 students, guided by Jianli Hu, collaborated with the dōTERRA brand - an essential oil producer - on an event themed "Encountering Fragrance, Enjoying Leisure Time".
This event was one group’s fulfillment of Jianli Hu’s Project Management course. Students learned relevant knowledge, acquiring a myriad of management tools, ensuring that the event could be conducted successfully.
The event began with the brand’s story, introduced by Nichole, who is the senior brand director of dōTERRA. Her speech enabled audience members to understand the development and future plan for this brand.
Later, Fay, marketing training director of dōTERRA, introduced their products through sensory experience. Attendees tried their products and learned about the role of simple essential oil in self-care.
The next part of the event introduced the DIY flower-arrangement vase, and this formed the essential part of this event. As attendees, we appreciated this opportunity to relaxed and relieve working stress through visual and olfactory stimuli. This part truly represents the meaning of "Encountering Fragrance, Enjoying Leisure Time".
This is the first time that this group of BSM2018 students had ever cooperated with a real company in planning and holding an event. The event was highly appreciated by teachers and by dōTERRA itself. The representatives in attendance encouraged and motivated students for further challenges.
