Online Leadership Projects

In July 2020, "People Management and Leadership" course ended successfully with the joint efforts of Mrs. Shen Xiaofang and BSM2018 students.

The course’s closing presentation was as interesting as ever, and attendees could hardly imagine that the whole project had experienced a "reset" moment. According to the original plan, the final project was supposed to be conducted offline. However the epidemic has prevented us from reuniting offline, and most of plans had to be changed. Fortunately, good ideas can’t be limited by location limitations.

Online courses can be a challenge for teamwork; they make cooperation among groups members more difficult. But throught the achievement of overcoming these hurdles, in the future, students can make great contributions in interpersonal relations, job interviews, project collaboration and program implementation.
