ISIB Online Oral Defense
‘It has been our very first online graduation at the ISIB (Institute for Swiss International Branding). The results are surprisingly good even though the students had to work from home. Congratulations to the teachers, tutors and especially the students for the impressive, creative and innovative outcome. The Jury and online visitors were very impressed by the well-structured, sharp presentations. The 2020 Oral defense results were highly rated also in an international context.’

01 Hazel Qu:
I learned about how to build, manage and operate a brand through learning at ISIB, and also to structure my theses clearly. In addition, my studies helped me create POMPON, a brand for pet supplies.
02 Shirley Zheng:
I have a clearer picture about branding and the art industry through the four-year intensive learning at ISIB, as well as my internship experience. I created an online brand for ceramic art trading, called “Art Narrator”. My internship at Shanghai Museum made me aware and aroused my interest in the increasing demand for ceramic art.
03 Icey Wei:
I created my brand “ICEPIC” for hand-painted portraits with the branding knowledge that I have acquired over the past four years, as well as my knowledge of the current market situation. This thesis demonstrates the development of my brand and operational experience. Also, it is a valuable record of my college life.
04 Nichole Hu:
My four-year study at ISIB helped me build a better understanding of the sustainable development of a brand. Thus, I created a brand strategy for “Zhang’s Traditional Needlework” - which is a Chinese intangible culture heritage brand - to help make it more popular among young people.
05 Renee Huang:
Through my four years of studying at ISIB, I have mastered various research methods, such as: data analysis skills, brand strategy and other related knowledge, using these skills to explore the unique cultural resources (brand DNA) of Wanling Town, an ancient city near my hometown.
06 Rosalie Guo:
I had already decided to devote myself to the make-up industry after graduation, so I created a re-positioning strategy for Marie Dalgar - a Chinese cosmetic & make up brand - to strengthen its competitiveness in a fierce market.
07 Herbert Cai:
Using my knowledge of brand strategy and management, I analyzed the difficulties that ‘Gumi’ is facing. I helped the brand to create a new teaching model designed to attract and hold onto more clients.
