In the end of this term, The course "new products development assignment is to design a brand new product which will be presented as a gift for the 2019 graduates. students apply what they learn in class and finally six kinds of products were developed and presented.

The Design Concept: The design of ISIBAG contains the ISIB logo and Florin's classic sentence and make the two elements combine a shape of eye. On one hand, the eye represents the most classic building of SIVA, on the other hand, the eye express the idea "explore the unique branding." the other side of ISIBAG is the slogan of ISIB with a dark background.

ISIB Calendar

The Design Concept: Calendar is an indispensable part of our lives. It is an epitome of four years' college life from the first day they stepped into the campus, the joy of being admitted to ISIB until the last day they left the campus. Pages of simple sketches carry the valuable memories of graduates.

ISIB Wind-bell
Group member: Petal Shen, Cynthia Xu, Tia Xu, Ivy Zhang
The Design Concept: Wind-bell mainly connotes missing so there is a popular saying of missing wind-bells. Whenever the wind blows the bell and it rings, people will think of the days in ISIB. Bells also represent happiness, giving bell as gift means the wish people can be free and happy like bell, not afraid of wild wind, deal with things alone and create a world of you own. While the pasters made by different elements are closely related to the things happened in four years' college life. The memories will emerge immediately in their heads when graduates make DIY.

Perfume - ISIBesign
Group member: Wenye Qin, Ching Huang, Eyelyn Chen, Kiki Ma, Eric He
The Design Concept: The endless white snow intersperse the green, a gust of wind sweep across the sliver world, brush the pure and elegant edelweiss in Alps mountain and the oak with light woody smell. The wind with a wisp of fragrance exclusive to swiss nature across the ocean and river and encounter with the strong and fervent flavor of magnolia flower in Shanghai which commence a fantastic fragrant journey. what kind of journey is it? Undoubtedly,it is endless.
For the graduates, they can take this type of ISIB special smell although they are going to leave. The special smell of ISIBesign will accompany with you wherever you are and whatever you has go through.

This neutral perfume, with magnolia and edelweiss as the main notes, coupled with the woody fragrance as counterpoint diffuse a fragrant odor belongs to shanghai and swsis, express enthusiasm and elegance, bring graduates a familiar and unforgettable journey.

ISIB Box
Group member: Norman Li, Rich Li, Gin Li, Missica Tang
The Design Concept: For the sake of collection and aesthetic value, we design and make a ISIB microlandschaft. The idea of microlandschaft originated from the memory of a 18 years old youth. The youth who just grow up is a flower, also a seed. We plant the sunflower seed in soil and hope they grow toward the sun. Blue represents star river which creates a kind of feeling: memories files away with the wind, become the immortal glory, flow into far place: star river in the sky fall down and become the near stream. U disk endows this gift with practicability and clay figurine and Detao building represent various valuable memories.

ISIB Phone Sling
Group member: Hilo Tang, Yvonne Yao, Kary Wu, Ina Wang, Kasy Wu
The Design Concept: Nowdays, it is a general phenomenon that people can not live without their mobile phone. So it costs so much if your phone is broken caressly. We make the phone sling with the print of ISIB exclusive souvenir as the gift of graduates because we hope the gift can apply to their work and lives in a largest extent and bring them convenience and memories.

Finally, ISIB phone slings are sent to their hands as graduates' gifts.

After the final-exam presentation was finished, students' works are collectively presented in this academic year exhibition. Graduates and honored guests present are full of interests in new products, some of them even place an order. Students not only pour their energy and enthusiasm in the product level, also pay attention to the "promotion" of new products. So every group complete the shooting of commercials and try their best to give full play to their own creativity.

Thus for students, new product development at this time is a kind of study, also a examination and exploitation of own potential. We believe that the knowledge and experience in new product research and development can help students in project planning, idea collecting, project implement etc.
