ISIB Juniors Made A Midterm Report of Project Management Course
As a branch of management, Project Management refers to the process where professional knowledge, skills, tools and methods are used with limited resources to meet requirements or exceed people's anticipation.
On November 16th, the junior students made a presentation to Prof. Baeriswyl about what they've learned from the course taught by Janlie, ISIB teacher.
At first, they were divided into different groups under the guidance of Janlie. Then they chose their field of interest, project manager, and the topic, including outdoor development, brand startup, art curation, and video making.
After constantly consolidating the foundation, from the task and vision selection to WBS table and Gantt budget drawing, students have basicly finished the project planning, some of which has even been put into practice.
After the midterm report, there will be a final one when all the projects are in the implementation phase. We believe that students will have an excellent presentation and experience.
